We were proud to host a group of around 50 central heating equipment experts from Slovenia. Termomont is among first companies from Serbia to export solid fuel boilers to Slovenia ever since 2007. We are present in Slovenia with a special brand “Schmitt” but also under our own international brands (TOBY, BIOTERMEC, TEMY).

Guests were taken through factory premises and production facilities. They were explained in detail on production process of hot-water boilers. In the sequel large presentation was held on new products line using renewable energy such as wood and agro pellets or woodchips and straw.

No doubt on positive impression left on our visitors and we look forward to expand our presence in the Alpine republic.

Solid fuel hot water boiler for central heating systems – specially constructed to burn whole straw bales.

Boiler is constructed according to the EN 303-5. Steel materials used apply to EN 10025, EN 10028-2, EN 10120 i EN 10088-2.

Due its increased volume the heating chamber can be fed with more fuel – apart of biomass, longer wood stocks (up to 1 m) or the coal with lower calory value can be used as well.

The whole boiler is insulated with appropriate mineral wool protection and its door with vermiculite.

Specific construction allows double pass (draught) of heating air – efficiency depends on the type of the fuel used, but lies above 75% in any case (up to 80% for soya straw).

In order to allow constant and most efficient working circle, use of an additional tank AT (heat accumulator) is strongly recommended.

Boiler is easy to clean with included cleaning kit. Boiler has a thermometer included as well.
Draught regulator is not included.

Three pass construction (horizontal passes) ensures quality combustion process. However, TKH is a solution between TKK3 max and CTK models: while TKK3 max has no tubulators at all, and CTK has both second and third pass in form of tubulators, TKH has only a third pass in tubulator form. Therefore efficiency of this boiler lies between TKK3 and CTK.

In order to allow constant and most efficient working circle, use of an additional tank AT (heat accumulator) is strongly recommended.

The whole boiler is insulated with appropriate mineral wool protection and its door with vermiculite.

Efficiency of this boiler is higher compared to other models.

Bioterm is our complete solution for reliable and quality combustion of wood pellets for large central heating systems.

When heating middle power range with wood pellets, the aspect of pellet quality is extremely important: Pellets must be premium A1 quality, with uniform sizing, without dirt, earth, sand, and its caloric power must be higher than 18 MJ/kg.

The autonomy of the system is crucial – why invest into pellets technology, if manual feed is necessary on a daily base? Therefore certain investment into storage and automatic fuel transport system is recommended. Please take a closer look to our short promo movie at the bottom of this text to have an idea.

Automatic cleaning of the boiler is also an essential feature of our BIOTERM pellet system. Boiler chamber construction enables that ash and dust fall dawn to the bottom of the boiler. There is a cleaning screw transport system that takes the ash out of the boiler into the ash-tray box.

Cyclones: These are big (frequency regulated) fans at the flue exit of the boiler connected to the big cylinder that take all the heavy particles of ash and dirt that remain in the cylinder instead being blown out to the atmosphere.

Burner: Pellet burner of the system is made of special fireproof ceramics. It is resistant to the high temperatures. Cleaning of the burner combustion chamber is automatic.

Boiler: Sliding door allows easy access for maintenance operations. Boiler is welded and tested on water pressure of 8 bar. It maximum working pressure may not exceed 4 bar.

temy plus 18 modelTEMY PLUS is a steel hot-water stove-boiler for central heating with possibility to cook in the same time.
Boiler chamber is entirely made of steel, while the door frames are made of cast-iron. Cooking plate frame is made of stainless steel.

The upper door has a „firewindow effect“ (fireproof glass). The lower door has secondary air inlet for better combustion.

The flue opening can be on the upper side or on the lateral side of the boiler, so the customer can chose which one to use.

Hot-water volume inside the boiler is high (up to 60 l for 30 KW model) – the fact which guarantees functionality of the product as a central heating boiler. It has no insulation coating around, so the heat radiation is spreaded toward the ambience directly as well (around 1 kW). The heat radiation toward the cooking plate is 1-2 KW. The rest is given to the central heating system.

TEMY PLUS has the embedded automatic draught regulator provided.

Boiler can work only as a stove during the summer time (the grid to be set up on higher position inside the chamber, which is done easily and within a few minutes).

An embedded heat exchanger for thermal safety valve connection is provided.

Three-horizontal-pass hot-water boiler aimed to burn wood logs, coal or biomass.

Boiler is produced following the European guidelines EN 303/5 and machinery directive MD 2006/42.

Large feeding door makes this boiler especially suitable for firing woodlogs. Nominal heat output is given for wood logs of caloric value 15 MJ/kg. It can also efficiently burn wood pellets with an additional Biotermec pellet burner attached to the lower door.

Boiler is made of 5mm thick steel. Parts which are less exposed to the heat are made of 4mm thick steel.

The boiler comes with a manual cast-iron-made cleaning system located above the ash-tray. It also has a cleaning kit, thermometer (a circulation pump thermostat and safety valve heat exchanger are possible add-ons to the basic version).

Unlike other models, boiler body and jackets are delivered separately and should be mounted on the spot.

BIOTERMEC wood pellet burner can only combust pellets made of wood in the following quality: caloric power > 18 MJ/kg, diameter 6-8 mm, length 35 mm, maximum humidity 8%.

Pellet burner consists of a burner body (which is to be mounted on the lower boiler door) and a screw-feeding system (which is put in the pellet stock beside the boiler). Flexible plastic tube is used to connect the two parts.

The control panel of the burner is on the front side of the burner body. Burner works automatically and can be programmed for each day in a week separately.

Unlike other products on the (Serbian) market, BIOTERMEC pellet burner has two feeders (controlled by two different motors). One is the main feeder that transports pellets to the burner body from the pellet storage. The other lies inside the burner and facilitates pellet feedind process to the boiler. It also acts as a protection from backfire.

We recommend Biotermec pellet burner to be used together with our TKU3-W boiler.

Burner unit, especially the flame tube must be cleaned on a regular base.

Models 100 and 150 have automatic mechanical cleaning of the burner tube included.

Model 150 has an additional burner tube coating made from fireproof ceramics.
